coli productor de toxina Shiga recuperadas de alimentos, animales y seres humanos.<\/li><li>Gen\u00f3mica comparativa y an\u00e1lisis de cepas Listeria monocytogenes recuperada de diversas fuentes.<\/li><li>Estudio de la etiolog\u00eda bacteriana y los serotipos de Streptococcus pneumoniae en ni\u00f1os con empiema mediante el uso de herramientas de biolog\u00eda molecular.<\/li><li>Infecci\u00f3n del tracto urinario: microorganismos uropat\u00f3genos y mecanismos de virulencia, patogenicidad, biofilms, m\u00e9todos diagn\u00f3sticos y alternativas terap\u00e9uticas.<\/li><li>Resistencia antibi\u00f3tica. El Laboratorio de Resistencia Antibiotica (LRA) lleva a cabo la b\u00fasqueda de diversos mecanismos de resistencia a los antimicrobianos considerados cr\u00edticos por la OMS, de m\u00e1xima y gran prioridad, en bacilos gram negativos no exigentes, en el marco de Una Salud.
